Hello i just wondered if the mmreg.h is still there in distribution 2.0 ?

It could be found in an older distribution:
http://graphics.cs.uni-sb.de/NMM/dist-0.9.1/Docs/Doxygen/html/mmreg_8h.html

Was it removed or moved to another folder in distribution 2.0?

Hi,
this file has been removed. The plugins AVIReadNode and AVIWriteNode are also obsolete and were replaced by the FFMpegAVIReadNode and FFMpegAVIWriteNode.
